Collins has had <strong data-start=\"274\" data-end=\"297\">five knee surgeries<\/strong> and walks with assistance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"328\" data-end=\"654\">Reflecting on Genesis\u2019 2022 farewell tour, he admitted his physical challenges frustrated him, especially performing alongside his son Nic, the drummer. Touring worsened his health, and past heavy drinking affected his kidneys.
