Serving as a corporal with the Welsh Guards<\/span><\/span>, she was remembered as a calm, dedicated soldier who performed exceptionally during a large emergency medical response, earning professional commendation for her courage and work under pressure.<\/p>\n

Outside the military, Wilde had built an online fitness and wellness following of over 17,000 people across Instagram and TikTok, where she shared workout routines and daily life moments.
