Officer Kayla Wallace pulled over a white Jeep for running a red light. The female driver mouthed \u201chelp me\u201d to Wallace, revealing that her passenger had forced her to drive a getaway car after a shooting.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"359\" data-end=\"614\">The passenger, 29-year-old Collins Bates, was quickly arrested and charged with attempted murder, kidnapping, and weapons offenses.
